  1. How to track my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email on your registered email id, SMS and a WhatsApp notification with the tracking link to track the current status of your order.

Once your order is shipped, an automatic update will be sent to you via email and SMS with the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

Additionally, you can track our order from the TRACK ORDER section in the footer menu of the website. Please enter your order number to know the current status of your shipment.

  1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel you order before the order is shipped. Once your order is shipped. No changes or cancellation can be done. Only unshipped orders can be changed or cancelled.

  1. Where all is our delivery available?

We currently ship PAN India and more than 24000 pin codes are covered by us. However, some pin code might not be serviceable as per the courier partner serviceability.

  1. How long does it take to ship my order?

Once order is placed, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. COD orders might take longer time depending on how fast order reconfirmation has happened.

Standard processing time for all orders is within 24 to 48 hours. Handmade accessories may take 3-4 days for dispatch. As they are made to order products.

  1. Once shipped. How long does it take to deliver my order?

Once shipped. Average Delivery Time for all orders is between 4-5 working days. However, delivery time may increase or decrease as per the delivery services available at those pin code.

  1. What are the payment methods that we accept?

We accept PREPAID & CASH ON DELIVERY orders as well. You may pre-purchase from our website using a debit card, credit card, UPI, Wallet etc. Additionally, you may choose the CASH ON DELIVERY option to pay at the time of delivery. Shipping charges may be applicable in some cases.

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

 

  1. Do you offer fast shipping?

No. At present we only provide standard shipping across India.

  1. What if I'm not home to receive my order?

If you're not home or due to some reason your order is undelivered. Then you may schedule your delivery for another delivery attempt. You will receive an update via SMS, email and WhatsApp about the undelivered shipment. Reply to this message to reschedule your delivery.

A new delivery shall be performed the next day or within 24-48 hours. Delivery partner may reach out to schedule your reattempt date.

In some cases. You might need to visit the local courier office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

  1. Do we accept returns?

  1. Can I exchange an item?

We don’t accept exchanges for items which gets damaged during return. E.g., ceramic items, glass items, metal pot & planters, masks etc. Unless they are received defected or in a damaged condition.

  1. What if I received a damaged or defective product?

In-case you received a damaged or defective product. Please connect with our support team through our contact us section. Also, it is recommended to make an unboxing video of the order delivered. This will help our team to ensure a speedy resolution.

  1. How long does it take to process a return?

If your return is accepted by our quality inspection team. You will be informed about the same via email on you registered email id. Returns received might take 3-4 days of processing timing once received at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 07 days of our services accepting your return.

  1. Do you have physical stores?

We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name.

  1. Is there a warranty or guarantee on our products?

We don’t offer any warranty or guarantee on our sold product. However, there is a return period window in case our customer receives a damaged our defective product/s.
