Shipping policy

1 - How long will it take my orders to be shipped?

• Our shipment processing or handling time is between 1-2 days. 

2 - How long will it take my orders to be delivered?

• Orders with in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India.
• However delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
• Delivery time might get affected due to local issues, natural calamities or eternal factors not under our control.  

3 - Are there any additional shipping or delivery charges?

• Home BAEsic provides FREE shipping for prepaid orders above ₹.499/- in India.
• Shipping or delivery charge may be applicable on COD orders or for orders value less then ₹.499/-.  Please check the applied charges at the checkout before placing the order. 

4 - How do I track my orders? 

• Customer are emailed the tracking number once their shipment is processed.
• Customer can track their order using the tracking number provided on the email.
• Also there will be a tracking url provided in the email, customer can use that url to track your shipment.

5 - What if my order is undelivered?

• For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund for the same.

Note: For orders placed prior to 12:00 hrs (IST), processing will begin on the same day. For orders placed post 12:00 hrs (IST), processing will begin on the next day.
